Delivery of an order will be considered as completed when the products are delivered to the address detailed in your order form, and the products will be your responsibility from then onwards.The order will be completed and ready for despatch once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. If you prevent delivery of the products by, failing to supply the courier, local customs or tax office with necessary information or documentation; or failing to pay local duties, taxes or courier administration fees, resulting in your package being returned to Anjuman Brand Designs Private Limited, any such return postage or courier's administration fees incurred, will be deducted from the amount that is to be refunded to you in respect that order. 

Duties & Taxes

For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For international customers products are shipped on a DDU(Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import taxes/duties. As  recipients, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local sales/VAT taxes and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product to. Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of products from transport/courier agencies. 

What is Your Refund Policy?

We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a store credit note i.e if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms and conditions. The store credit note must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of return.. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded. 

Goods are considered faulty only if they are delivered in a damaged condition or if the delivered items are not as per the order placed. Items that are prone to depreciate as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you choose to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please note that we don't guarantee replacement for the same product in the same size, if the same is not available in our stock, wherever possible, we will offer to repair the faulty items subject to the above mentioned condition. We make every effort to display the item as accurate as possible along with the colour, appearance, design and configuration of our products that appear on the site. However, computer monitor displays and pixels vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display is exactly the same as what is displayed on our IT systems.

Returns window

Eligible items must be returned within 10 days from the date the items were delivered, or as otherwise stated on the items return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and conform to our terms and conditions. Please return items in their original condition, with packaging material in which the items were originally delivered including but not limited to hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.

What is your return policy for the rest of the world?

Currently, we accept Returns only in INDIA. If your item arrives in a damaged condition or doesn't correspond to the product you have originally ordered, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Can I exchange/alter my item which was either customised or made to order?

We currently do not allow exchange for an item which was either customised or made to order. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer (as per the prescribed terms and conditions) to alter it without any charges. However, shipping charges shall be levied on the same. Please contact us at customercare@anjumodi.com for further assistance. 


All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 15 days which may extend depending on the extent of alteration required. We take 4 days to confirm the possibility of alteration after receiving a request. However, to-and-fro shipping and custom duty charges will have to be borne by the customer in case of alterations or exchange.
